Returns and Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy 



General Information


For an easy exchange, please fill out the R/E form on the back of your invoice and include in your return package.
If you did not receive a copy of the form please download the R/E form at the bottom of the page. If that does not work you can email kalebwebb@heisrisenapparel.com and ask for the R/E form.

We will accept an exchange on any clothing item as long as it has not been washed or worn and is in resellable condition and is returned within 60 days of original order delivery date.

All sales of clearance items are final.

We will need you to ship the original merchandise back to us including your completed return/exchange form in order to process your return or exchange. If this information is not included in your packaging we will not be able to process your request.

All returns/exchanges must be received within 60 days of your orders original delivery date.

Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will process your exchange and reship the item you request.
If there are any issues with your exchange we will contact you via email.

You will be responsible for a reshipping fee in addition to the one-time $2.00 restocking fee. The restocking fee is charged per order, not per item.

If you are just returning an order and would like a credit to your original payment method (credit card or paypal), you will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) minus the $2 restocking fee once your returned merchandise arrives.

Be sure to use a trackable shipping method and hold onto your tracking number when you return the items. We cannot be held responsible for any returned merchandise unless you have obtained proof of delivery.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the date of delivery to our warehouse for the exchange to be fully processed & reshipped.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Item Received


We are very sorry for the inconvenience!  We will need you to send the damaged item back to us, once we receive the return package you will be reimbursed for the return shipping costs & a non-damaged item will be shipped.

Please follow the steps below:

1 ) On the back of your invoice is our returns/exchange form. Please complete this using the DAMAGED reason code.

2)  Return the item and the completed form using one of the following shipping methods:
          * USPS first class (13 oz or less)
          *USPS Priority mail
          *UPS Ground
          *Fed-ex Ground

Be sure to obtain a tracking number for your return package.
He Is Risen Apparel cannot be held responsible for any returned package unless the customer has obtained proof of delivery.

Please do not use any expedited shipping methods such as 2nd day air or 3day shipping. We will NOT be able to offer a full refund on any expedited shipping methods.
