RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. If there is a discrepancy with your order such as; garment is damaged upon receipt or what you received does not match the order invoice we would be happy to offer a full refund upon inspection once the product has been returned to us.

** Before sending any item back to us you must contact us at services@heisrisenapparel.com with a detailed explanation of your discrepancy. If your order qualifies for a return/refund we will give you instructions on how to go about returning your item.

Once product is received and inspected to make sure the discrepancy follows our return policy we will then issue a refund for the garment and the shipping. When sending your item back to us we suggest that you get shipping that includes tracking as we cannot be responsible to refund and item that has not been returned to us unless there is proof with tracking that the you sent the item back. 

As we are a small business unfortunately we can NOT refund your order for reasons such as you ordering the wrong size or changing your mind. We apologize, hopefully this does not happen, but we encourage you to reach out to us and discuss your issue and we will try to resolve it if at all possible. We want you to be satisfied with your orders and take pride in doing honorable business.
